Can fields be locked by user role or workflow stage?
Yes. Fields are enabled or locked based on the user role, such as Site Engineer, QA/QC, Project Manager or Commercial Head, and on the workflow stage, from Draft through Review and Approval to Closure. Only authorized users can modify critical commercial or contractual data.
